Skiwear label moves into London's King's Road
Sloane Stanley Estate has announced that Retro Mountain, the fashionable skiwear label, has launched its UK debut standalone pop-up store at 340 King’s Road.
The 1,178 sq ft ‘London Apres’ store opens its doors to the public on November 20 until December 13 and is the latest in a series of leading brands that have recently unveiled collections on the King’s Road and Fulham Road.
Following its success as an online retailer, The Retro Mountain will showcase its eye-catching fun but functional skiwear with a retro twist at the new store on London’s fashionable King’s Road.
Hannah Grievson, Commercial Property Manager at Sloane Stanley, commented: “Retro Mountain is a great business and we are delighted to welcome this unique and exciting label to our retail line up, adding to the appeal for our international visitors and resident shoppers.”
Matt Martin, Managing Director at Retro Mountain added: “We are hugely excited to launch our debut store on the King’s Road and have created a collection that is most certainly bold, brave and retro in time for the ski season. It is also great to be alongside other such well-known international labels all of which have established the King’s Road as London’s leading location for health, fitness and wellbeing.”
This news follows a successful 12 months for landowner, Sloane Stanley Estate with a series of leading brands recently launching on the King’s Road and Fulham Road, including debut stores for couture milliner, Jane Taylor, Danish womenswear brand Noa Noa and leading lifestyle brand, Woven. Fake Landscapes, the artificial plant company is the latest brand to join the retail line up.
