Bar and restaurant named for Brighton’s £3.5m hotel development
Kew Green Hotels’ Holiday Inn Brighton Seafront will be home to bar and restaurant concept, Stock Burger Co as part of its £3.5m redevelopment project.
According to Bar Magazine, the venue will open on 11 December and will specialise in gourmet burgers and specialist craft beer as well as a range of cocktails.
In addition, Stock Burger Co will have a range of craft beers, including a draught selection supplied by Naked Beer Co, the Brighton Bier Brewery and Marston’s, including Shipyard Pale Ale.
Brighton-based roastery Small Batch Coffee will supply its premium coffee offering to the newly-developed venue.
The concept has been developed for the Kings Road hotel by Simon Burdess, InterContinental Hotels Group’s Europe vice president for food and beverage, and Wayne Horo, the company’s director of food and beverage concept development for Europe.
