Barnsley estate agency expands with first West Yorkshire office
Following a period of growth, independant estate agency Butcher Residential is opening a third office in Denby Dale.
The new branch is the first in West Yorkshire for the Barnsley-based agency.
The expansion into Denby Dale comes after demand for properties in neighbouring Penistone has soared over the last 12 months.
Butcher Residential identified Denby Dale as having a very similar housing stock and demographic, and anticipates a parallel housing boom in the area.
Agency Principal, Ian Butcher said: “Last year the public steadily gained confidence and activity increased as the year progressed.
“Demand for property in Penistone has been enormous, and like Penistone, Denby Dale shows no signs of slowing.
“We decided that now was the time to branch out and replicate our success in nearby Denby Dale.”
The new branch opens on February 15th at 361 Wakefield Road, Denby Dale.
