Restaurant chain Carluccio's plots new leases with agent Shelley Sandzer
Italian restaurant chain Carluccio’s has announced the appointment of London-based property agent Shelley Sandzer to oversee its rent review and leasing renewal strategy.
The chain, which has 98 restaurants throughout England and Wales, will work with the new agent on all of its rent reviews and lease renewals, including the restaurant’s new via Carluccio’s ‘grab and go’ concept, which opened last month at Tottenham Court Road.
Property agent Shelley Sandzer specialises in the restaurant and leisure property, and counts burger restaurant Patty&Bun and brasserie Blixen amongst its clients.
The firm also recently advised on the high-profile launch of American fitness group Xtend-Barre’s inaugural European fitness centre in London.
Commenting on the new appointment, Erin Peyman UK Acquisition Manager at Carluccio’s said: “We were looking for a very specialist team to work across our extensive portfolio.
