Water treatment specialist Brodex appoint Midlands account manager
Brodex has appointed Mark Dickinson as an account manager for its Midlands division. Mark, who joins from water utility company Severn Trent, will be responsible for overseeing current operations in the area and growing the existing customer base.
His appointment follows a period of growth for Brodex. In September, the company acquired Kent-based Bayly Environmental Services as part of an ongoing national expansion of its services, which include the delivery of Legionella risk assessment and control measures, as well as water treatment and hygiene plans.
Prior to this, the company opened a new office in Bristol in early 2015. This followed the initial set-up and development of the Midlands office, which is based in Nottingham.
Brodex managing director Geoff Shalders said: “As an experienced water industry professional, Mark brings with him a wealth of experience and business understanding.
“It is an exciting time for the Brodex, following our recent expansions, and this is particularly true in the Midlands, where we have recently recruited additional engineers.
“Having someone of Mark’s calibre in addition to existing staff will allow us to further develop the business in the region, while our growing network means we are also well placed to offer customers a nationwide water treatment solution.”
Brodex Midlands account manager Mark Dickinson added: “Brodex is a growing force in the water treatment sector and I am looking forward to expanding our services in the region.
“Water treatment is essential for a wide range of organisations and by working with Brodex’s specialist teams our clients can be assured they are doing all that is needed to comply with the latest health and safety regulations and industry best practices.”
