Robert Pinkus & Co. Launches New Website
Commercial property consultants Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP have launched a new website which incorporates new and ‘user-friendly’ ‘Search & Find’ features designed to make searching for a commercial property easier than ever.
The new website offers its users a cleaner, more responsive design, streamlined functionality and an improved user friendliness designed to enhance navigation through all the different professional services offered by the agency.
www.pinkus.co.uk features five different ways to search for commercial property:
A Draw Search - create a search area by clicking on points on the map
A Radius Search – create a search area by clicking and dragging on the map
A Free Text Search – using key words as part of an address
A Traditional Search – using pre-set criteria from drop down boxes on the site
Find Properties Near Me – A GPS Tracker-based search which can be used on mobile phones, tablets and other hand held devices.
An Online Live Chat option, which will be manned during working hours (9am – 5:30pm), will support the customer’s overall online experience, helping to focus searches and answering queries quickly and effectively.
Customers can also access a Broadband Speed Checker for each property listed on the site and search results will include information on Nearest Public Transport in the area. ‘Properties You May Also Be Interested In’ based on the search criteria given will also be suggested for consideration.
Danny Pinkus, Partner at Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP said, “We have included lots of exciting new features that reflect what the market now demands in the search for new premises. We are a full service agency with over 40 years’ experience in the NW of England and we wanted to showcase all our professional services in a clean, fresh new way and we think our new website achieves this.”
