NE2 Newcastle Restaurant Week celebration
Not to be out-done by its noisy city centre rivals The Cherry Tree restaurant in Jesmond, Newcastle, is hosting its own ‘Restaurant Week Celebration’.
This stylish, high end restaurant is offering a celebration menu for diners from Monday August 8 to Saturday August 13.
Diners can enjoy the best modern British food for fixed price menus of £10 for two courses or £15 for three courses served lunchtime and dinner Monday to Friday and Saturday lunchtime only.
This is the third year running this popular Jesmond restaurant has organised its own special ‘Restaurant Week’ but is the first time with food cooked by new head chef Farhad Rakani.
Restaurant manager Alan Mather said: “Our own Restaurant Week celebration has proved to be a popular calendar fixture among loyal customers and those diners wanting to try us for a first time.
“The timing this year couldn’t be better as our new head chef is already making changes to our main menus as well as putting on some great value treats during Restaurant Week.”
