Vp plc renews lease for HQ at Central House in Harrogate

Vp plc, the equipment rental specialist, has renewed its lease at Central House, Cardale Park to reaffirm its commitment to Harrogate.

Vp, which was established in the North Yorkshire town more than 60 years ago, has based its group head office at Central House since 1996.

In a deal brokered for the landlord’s investment managers CEG by national property consultant Carter Jonas, Vp now occupies a total of around 19,500 sq ft in Harrogate’s main office building.

Vp, quoted on the London Stock Exchange, provides the rental and sale of specialist equipment and services to a wide range of end markets including infrastructure, construction, housebuilding and oil and gas, both in the UK and overseas.

Neil Stothard of Vp plc said: “Central House has proved an ideal base for us in Harrogate and we’re delighted to be able to retain our strong links with the town.”
