Launch of Luxury Marina Accommodation in Whitehaven
All Saints Stays are gearing up for the launch of their serviced apartments on Whitehaven Marina.
The one and two bedroom apartments will be ready to take guests in the coming weeks, and will provide an alternative accommodation for both leisure and business travellers to the area.
The apartments are situated in Bardywell Heights, a recently completed £3 million development situated in an enviable position on the refurbished harbour. With secure underground parking, a lift, and terraces or balconies, the apartments have been completed to an extremely high standard and provide all the facilities you would expect for either a short break away, or for extended business stays whilst visiting or working at one of the many chemical companies in the area such as NuGen or Sellafield.
All Saints Stays are a sister company of All Saints Living, based in Newcastle upon Tyne, and have successfully launched serviced apartments in Harrogate & Richmond earlier this year.
Sonali Craddock, Marketing Director, said: ’We are delighted to be adding to our expanding All Saints Stays portfolio, and having visited Whitehaven on many occasions, feel our serviced apartments will bring a different and welcome offering to the area.“ Prices per night will range from £120 - £195 based on a three night stay, and can be booked via the website, www.whitehavenservicedapartments.com or calling 0800 0246 148.
There are a number of apartments still for sale in the development, which are ideal for those wishing to downsize and retire or even investors looking for an attractive rental yield. Prices start at £149,950 for a one bedroom apartment with balcony, and are being sold through local estate agents, PFK.
