Property investment firm launches new offices in Leeds and Hong Kong
ERE Property has launched a new office Hong Kong and moved into new premises in Leeds city centre.
ERE Property specialise in providing buy-to-let investment property in key regional cities such as Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool.
The new office in Leeds enables the team at Wright Lettings, which let and manage properties across the UK, work with ERE Property to provide clients with a fully-managed service for property investors.
The Hong Kong office establishes a permanent base for ERE in that region which will develop better customer relationships and create opportunities to introduce new clients to ERE products.
Tim Morgan, chairman at ERE Property, said: “We are very excited to open new offices in Hong Kong and Leeds.
“Our wide international client base has enjoyed our range of fully-managed products with good Net yields for several years and we look forward as this continues to be an attractive draw to new investors.”
