Outfit and Superdrug join expanding retail lineup at Beverley’s Flemingate
Fashion destination retailer Outfit, has opened a new 13,300 sq ft store at Flemingate, the retail and leisure development in Beverley.
Wykeland Group has also announced that health and beauty retailer Superdrug is set to open a 4,000 sq ft store at Flemingate on Oct 14th.
The two brands join River Island, Peacocks and Baytree Interiors, all of which have opened at Flemingate in the last few weeks, totalling 37,000 sq ft of new retail lettings.
Flemingate is now 85% let and has created approximately 700 jobs since opening in November 2015.
Outfit will stock womenswear and menswear from across Arcadia’s portfolio of brands, including Topshop, Topman, Dorothy Perkins, Miss Selfridge, Wallis, and Burton.
David Donkin, property director of Wykeland Group, said: “The openings of Outfit with its host of fashion brands and health and beauty retailer Superdrug provide yet more reasons for shoppers to visit Flemingate and experience all the centre has to offer.
“We are delighted to welcome more of Britain’s biggest high street brands to Flemingate, adding further variety and choice to Beverley’s appeal as a retail and leisure destination.”

“Flemingate has continued to grow creating a diverse and exciting offer to drive footfall.
“Our first week of trading has already been strong and we look forward to introducing people to our multi-brand offer in the run up to Christmas.”
