Otley’s Adlington development experiences record success

The sales team at Adlington’s £11m retirement development in Otley is celebrating tremendous success this week, after being named as the quickest-selling site in the company’s 10-year history. With the building only completing at the end of October, 92% of the properties at the luxurious Bridge Street development have been reserved, with 21 apartments already occupied and new homeowners settling into their well-insulated, highly energy efficient apartments before the cold weather sets in.

Adlington House offers a choice of one, two and three bedroom superbly-appointed apartments, with spacious living and dining areas, as well as a fully-fitted and modern kitchens. There is also a table-service restaurant, which offers breakfast and a three-course lunch daily, a hairdressing salon, lounge and activities and crafts room, all of which help to make residents’ lives easier if they don’t feel like venturing out.
