Property preservation firm takes space at Business Central, Darlington
Property preservation company BCS Preservation Limited is targeting growth after expanding to a new space at Darlington office hub Business Central.
Currently in the process of recruiting a new surveyor, owners Aaron and Michelle Davidson have been steadily increasing their team since the company’s establishment over five years ago.
The business specialises in a number of property concerns, including damp proofing, cavity wall tie replacement and radon testing and mitigation.
Michelle said: “BCS already occupies an industrial unit in Darlington however Aaron and I felt we needed an office space that would allow us to take a step back from some of the areas that distract us from the main aspects of managing the business. We also required additional space as the team starts to increase.
“Business Central was recommended to us by an existing tenant. It’s in an ideal location and provides our company with a smart, professional space ideal for meeting potential customers.”
BCS carries out work on behalf of surveyors, local authorities, letting agents and homeowners across the UK.
“The rise in new contracts has allowed us to increase the workforce, and over the next 12 months we are confident that we will be able to maintain a steady growth.
There are opportunities for us to work outside of the UK, but that’s something to explore in the future, right now we are happy as we are“, added Michelle.
Vanessa Wood, centre manager at Business Central, commented: “I’m delighted we have been able to accommodate another growing business in Darlington.
“It’s fantastic that Aaron and Michelle have been able to retain their existing premises for industrial purposes, but also make use of our state of the art facilities.”
