Expanding recruitment specialist relocates to Fountain House in Leeds city centre
The Venn Group, the contract recruitment specialist, has taken 2,970 sq ft of Grade A office space at Fountain House in Leeds.
In a deal brokered by property consultancy Knight Frank, Venn signed a ten-year lease on the first floor office suite.
Elizabeth Ridler, partner with the Leeds office of Knight Frank, said: “Fountain House at 4 South Parade is a very impressive building, not only because of its imposing art deco façade on the Headrow and location at the heart of the city centre business district, but also because of its proximity to the train station and commuter routes as well as shops, restaurants and bars.
“All this makes it a great place to work. This significant letting means that we only have only have the ground, lower ground and the remainder of the first floor of Fountain House remaining.
“The whole of the second floor was let to Pulse Community Healthcare last summer.”
John Raven, of asset managers Edwin Thompson, commented: “We are delighted with the progress and conclusion of this deal.
“The building has been upgraded to a very high standard and we have now been able to achieve this excellent letting.
“Individual office suites and communal areas have all been completely refurbished to a high and contemporary standard, including LED lights throughout.”
Carter Towler is acting as joint letting agent for Fountain House with the Leeds office of Knight Frank.
