New Vietnamese restaurant coming to Liverpool’s Bold Street
National restaurant group Pho is coming to Liverpool after acquiring Bold Street eatery Seoul Love.
Property firm CBRE’s Manchester-based specialist markets team acquired the restaurant on behalf of Pho for an undisclosed sum.
The former Seoul Love premises, which occupy the ground floor and basement of 79 Bold Street, will now be refurbished into an 80-cover restaurant specialising in pho noodle soups, Vietnam’s national dish.
The refurb will include the restoration of property’s Grade II-listed frontage.
The menu at Pho offers a variety of healthy Vietnamese dishes, coffees, beers, cocktails and fresh juices.
Pho is headquartered in Clerkenwell, London, and offers a menu comprised of Vietnamese dishes, coffees, beers, cocktails and juices. The firm currently operates across 21 sites in the UK, including Manchester’s Corn Exchange and Leeds’ Trinity shopping centre.
Nick Huddleston, an associate Director within CBRE’s Manchester specialist markets team, commented: “We were delighted to acquire this key site for Pho in one of Liverpool’s most exciting locations.
“Bold Street, Liverpool’s hub for independent stores, artisan cafes, boutique bars and restaurants, has continued to flourish with a host of new openings from a range of independent and national operators.”
He added: “Pho’s acquisition on Bold Street will further enhance this vibrant and thriving location.”
