New business helps MDs achieve life-changing goals
Leeds based businesswoman, Sue Hanson - who has amassed three decades of experience delivering HR strategy to SMEs and corporates - has launched a new venture to help MDs, managers and employers to achieve life-changing goals
The new business, entitled Your Lamplighter, is off to a flying start with a client portfolio spanning business owners and senior managers who are seeking to change career, achieve promotion or fulfil a life-long ambition.
Said Ms Hanson: “Throughout my career I have constantly witnessed how business people and individuals yearn to achieve something enormous and transformational that they’ve held back on going for due to a myriad of reasons including lack of confidence, “not enough time” or fear which paralyses action.
“Others who have tried may have fallen at the first hurdle due to lack of support. Your Lamplighter has been specifically devised to enable people to bring their goals to fruition and enjoy a more fulfilling life and career.”
The structured programme spans a five-month internet and Skype/phone programme for every client which includes access to a supportive monthly online group discussion and private Facebook page to share challenges and success stories of those who have graduated.
