Adlington welcomes new construction experts to the team
Adlington has demonstrated its on-going commitment to growth and development within the retirement development sector this month, with the investment of two new recruits to its team.
Joining from a director’s position at Caulmert, Allan Smith has been appointed as Structural Engineer and brings several years of experience in construction consultancy, as well as broad knowledge of the building industry to Adlington Jonothan Croft also joins the team as Senior Land Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience within the retirement development and house building industries Both Allen and Jonothan have predominately worked in the North West during their careers and are delighted to be helping contribute to the growth of the economy in the area, as well as Adlington’s ambitious expansion plans for 2017
Allen commented: “This is a great opportunity to work with the Adlington team and as I have previously focused on consultancy within the construction industry, my new role will allow me to be more hands on in the structural detailing and design of Adlington’s developments. With plenty of new sites planned for this year it’s an exciting time to join the company and I’m really looking forward to getting stuck in.”
Jonothan commented: “As part of the Adlington team I can put my experience in retirement and care development to good use, whilst assisting in the sourcing of new sites for the company’s growth and expansion plans.”
