Yorkshire suit retailer set to open brand new store in Doncaster's Lakeside Village
Skopes, the Leeds-based suit brand, is set to open a brand new store at the Lakeside Village retail outlet centre in Doncaster next week.
The family-run fashion brand has taken a 2,538 sq ft unit at the centre as part of its ongoing expansion plans. The new store will open on Friday 14th July.
John Magee, centre manager at Lakeside Village, said: “We are delighted to welcome Skopes to Lakeside Village with this fantastic new store.
“The arrival really demonstrates our continued commitment to improving the shopping experience for our customers by attracting big name brands to the centre.”
Skopes join other tailoring stores at Lakeside Village such as Ben Sherman, Double Two, Jeff Banks, M&S Outlet and Next Outlet.
Peter Rooke, the new store’s manager, commented: “We are incredibly excited to open our doors to customers at Lakeside Village next week. We hope our new store style will attract many people to come and find themselves a truly British fashion look with our excellent value high quality tailoring.”
The new arrival comes after the Lakeside Village reported its best year in almost a decade, which saw over 1.7 million transactions carried out at the centre and sales rising by more than 5% in 2016.
John Magee added: “This is an exciting time for us here at Lakeside Village and we are sure our loyal customers will love the new addition of a high quality brand, just as they have done with other high street brands who have joined us recently.”
