Tottenham Court Road to unveil new YO! Sushi Flagship restaurant
Londoners will see the opening of YO! Sushi’s Flagship restaurant in one of the capital’s most popular areas thanks to a deal with leading leisure property consultancy, Shelley Sandzer.
Situated at 106 Tottenham Court Road, the 1,900 sq ft restaurant is due to open at the end of the summer and will feature the company’s latest branding. YO! Sushi has bought the existing lease from former tenants, Ca’Puccino, whom Shelley Sandzer acted for.
The property agency’s team has a long-standing relationship with YO! Sushi, having carried out rent reviews across the brand’s entire UK portfolio. The team, led by Duncan Lillie and Victoria Oates, is currently acting for several major brands which include Bills, Gaucho and Wahacca.
Commenting on the restaurant’s opening, Leo Feldman, a partner at Shelley Sandzer, said: “We’re pleased to have sold Ca’Puccino’s lease on to YO! Sushi, who will be a great addition to the constantly improving food offer in Tottenham Court Road.”
Shelley Sandzer is one of the UK’s specialist property agencies; the company provides valued advice to many highly regarded restaurant brands, centres and landlords.
YO! Sushi has been entertaining consumers with its conveyor-belt food since 1997, when the first ever restaurant opened in Soho, London.
