US vegan sensation is opening its first international outpost in London

By Chloe, the plant-based, grab and go restaurant that has become a vegan sensation in the US will embark on the first leg of its international expansion this autumn with a site in London.

The brand has announced that it will be opening a 70-cover restaurant in Covent Garden which will act as one of the flagship stores in its imminent UK, Europe and Middle Eastern expansion.

Launching its first site in the West Village, New York City back in 2015, has enjoyed effusive reviews and critical acclaim for its plant-based menu that includes salads and soups, as well as burgers, sandwiches and desserts, and now operates three further locations as well as a standalone bakery.

Its first London venue will be the first fruits of its relationship with TGP International who will be supporting their international expansion push across Europe and the Middle East, with By Chloe claiming that a further two sites are already under consideration.
