Local housebuilder celebrates its sales team building on another successful year
Barratt Developments Yorkshire West, which includes both the Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes brands, is celebrating the success of its sales team after another year of strong sales, with reservations up 16% like for like on the previous financial year.
The success follows as the housebuilder strengthens its team with the promotion of Emma Fitton-Cook from Sales Progressor to Sales Manager. Emma joins Stacey Berkeley, Dan Hardcastle, Gavin McCarthy and Paula Chamberlain as Sales Managers in the division, responsible for driving sales across their developments, managing a team to ensure excellent customer service, coordinating new site launches and maintaining a high volume of sales.
On being promoted, Emma commented: “I’m delighted to be joining a fantastic sales management team at Barratt Developments Yorkshire West. The results from last year were excellent and a credit to the team, and I hope to help continue to deliver on the division’s incredible success this year.”
