Leeds city centre's 84 Albion Street now fully let

A deal has been struck for the letting of the final floor of 84 Albion Street, located in Leeds city centre.

CEG, the property development and investment company, secured the letting to statistical research company Quantbet.

Having undergone a refurbishment program, the 17,225 sq ft Grade A office is now fully occupied following the letting of the 3,445 sq ft, fifth floor suite to Quantbet.

Caroline Rowley, investment manager at CEG, said: “We are delighted to welcome Quantbet to 84 Albion to complete our tenant line up. Their decision to locate here reflects the quality of space that we have managed to create.”

Robin Beagley, partner at letting agents WSB, added: “84 Albion Street offers the perfect blend of conventional office space with a creative twist.

“The letting of the final floor to Quantbet is testimony to the successful delivery by CEG of a working environment that’s a little bit more inspiring than the norm.”

Following the refurbishment program, 84 Albion Street now comprises a new feature reception area, new glazing, air conditioning, basement shower facilities and secure cycle storage.

WSB Property Consultants brokered the deal on behalf of CEG with joint letting agents Fox Lloyd Jones.
