Sale completed of 'beautifully maintained' North Yorkshire caravan park
Property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has completed the sale of a 26.5 acre caravan park in Ingleton, North Yorkshire.
The specialist caravan park team at Sanderson Weatherall, which incorporates Edwards & Partners, marketed Parkfoot Holiday Homes on a confidential basis to a select number of prospective purchasers.
William Reynolds, holiday and caravan park specialist at Sanderson Weatherall said: “The location and nature of this established and beautifully maintained park was always going to make it very sought after but the strength of interest surprised many which was reflected in an exceptionally strong sale price.
“We are seeing remarkably strong demand for parks overall, with the market for parks that can offer more than 100 pitches being particularly buoyant.
“Parkfoot achieved our highest sale price for an individual park for more than two years, and set a record high for pitch values, demonstrating just how strong the market is at the moment.
“Park owners who might be contemplating a sale may be surprised at the values that could be achievable for their businesses.”
The park is currently developed with 175 static holiday caravan pitches and 16 residential park home pitches.
