A trio of new clients for Lancaster agency’s gift voucher platform
Lancaster-based creative agency Hotfoot Design has picked up three new clients for its online gift voucher platform Regalo.
Arteria gift shop and DF Studio hair and beauty in Lancaster, as well as Heart of the Lakes holiday cottages in Cumbria, are the latest businesses to join forces with the agency and use Regalo as an easier and more effective way to sell gift vouchers online.
Regalo, launched by Hotfoot Design last year and used by hotels, restaurants, bars, spas and shops across the North West and further afield, provides growing businesses a unique way to reach new customers and increase revenue.
The Regalo platform creates a business its own individually branded and tailored online gift store that’s easy to set up and simple to maintain and content manage. Personalised gift vouchers are fulfilled to the customer by email or post and businesses can track sales through live reporting on the platform.
Jane Richardson, owner of Arteria gift shop, said: “Regalo has effectively launched a completely new dimension to our retail business; a facility to order gift vouchers online to spend in our gift shop and gallery. The team behind Regalo are knowledgeable and creative, and we have felt very well advised and supported by them. We’re delighted with the results we’ve achieved so far.”
Regalo is already used by a number of businesses to increase online sales through their websites and social media channels, including Lancaster Brewery, Sue Shields Spa, premium craft wine brand Provino and Upham Group pub company.
Phil Simpson, managing director of C2, owners of Lancaster Brewery, said: “We heard about Regalo and thought it was a fantastic concept. The setting up process was remarkably straightforward, and the results have been excellent. I would highly recommended Regalo.”
Chris Phillips, CEO of the Upham Group said: “We’ve seen a massive increase in our voucher sales since working with Regalo. Our customers and employees have found the system very quick and simple to use and the team at Regalo is always happy to help with any enquiries, providing excellent support.”
