Farmer J to open Mediterranean-style eatery near London Bridge
Culinary brand Farmer J is set to expand next month with an all-day restaurant near London Bridge.
Opening on King William Street, the venue is promising a menu of dishes influenced by the Mediterranean “and beyond”.
It will open in the morning and serve food throughout the day, transforming into a cocktail den with dimmed lights during evenings.
The restaurant will be Farmer J’s second in the capital, operating alongside the company’s healthy takeaway-focused eatery in Leadenhall.
Commenting ahead of the opening, founder Jonathan Recanati said it is “time for Farmer J to plough the next field”.
He explained: “We’re looking forward to opening our first restaurant at King William Street for dinner and cocktails, as well as relaxed weekend brunches.
“Most importantly, our ethos will remain the same: respecting our fantastic produce, and cooking real food with sustainable, seasonal ingredients.”
Farmer J London Bridge will open on September 3.
