Gino D'Acampo unveils new eatery in Manchester
Italian chef, Gino D’Acampo has officially launched his first My Coffee & Deli Bar, in Manchester.
The new Italian fast-casual dining offer, which is located on the ground floor of his Pizza & Prosecco bar in fashion retailer Next, is Gino’s third venue in the city.
Serving Neapolitan coffee and real Italian food, available to eat in or to take away, My Coffee & Deli Bar aims to bring a further slice of Italy to the city, with a breakfast, lunch and early evening menu that rotates throughout the day, every day.
Gino himself said: “I’m super happy to officially open the doors to My Coffee & Deli Bar, a place that serves real Italian food, as it should be, to eat in or to go.
“Lifestyles have changed with more and more of us eating on the move and looking for a quick and varied offer. I don’t believe that convenience should compromise on quality nor come at a premium price.
“At My Coffee & Deli Bar guests can pop in for a quick, real Neapolitan coffee, a bite at breakfast or enjoy lunch. I’ve created a menu that I’m confident will satisfy every taste, all made fresh by my brilliant team.”
The lunch menu, available from 11am, includes hand-stretched Neapolitan pizza, homemade pasta and classic sandwiches served on artisan Piadina and Spianata breads.
Gino has also crafted cold pressed juices with his closest friends. All made in house, ‘Celebrity Juices’ will be served, including Bunton’s Beetroot Boogie; Phillip Schofield’s Feel Good Factor; Keith Lemon’s Carrot Kick; and Gino’s Fruit Fantastico.
A percentage of all sales will be donated to Gino’s charity of choice, Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital.
The launch of Gino D’Acampo - My Coffee & Deli Bar follows the success of Gino’s restaurants in London, Leeds, Harrogate, Manchester, Liverpool and Hull, with further restaurants to launch in partnership with Individual Restaurants in 2018 and a strong pipeline in place for 2019.
