Major investment at Bannatyne health club in Ingleby Barwick
Further investment at the Bannatyne health club & spa in Ingleby Barwick has upgraded the sauna and steam room to complement the Spa, which opened last year.
Health club members and spa guests can enjoy the refurbished and expanded facilities, which are placed close to the 14m swimming pool.
The Bannatyne Group opened the Spa as part of a major £1.8 million investment at the health club with studios for group cycling and mind & body classes created and the changing rooms and showers upgraded.
The Bannatyne Spa added a new dimension to the health and wellbeing offering at the health club, with five well-appointed treatment rooms – one of which is a dual room, manicure and pedicure stations and a range of spa treatments, using high quality products including Elemis, HD brows, LVL and Jessica Nailcare.
A café bar with a late licence and serving Starbucks coffee for members and their guests includes a soft play area, live sports broadcasts, and outdoor patio area.
Tom Carter, General Manager at Bannatyne Ingleby Barwick, said: “The company is putting ongoing investment into the health club and refurbished and expanded sauna and steam room is the latest upgrade to the experience for members and spa guests.”
