National planning consultancy set for expansion with new City HQ
A planning and development consultancy with offices around the country is set to relocate its London office amid a period of growth.
Lichfields, which has nine offices around the UK, is set to move from its existing base at King’s Cross to the heart of the City.
The firm will occupy space on the third floor of the recently refurbished Minster Building on Mincing Lane, which will serve as its head office.
Comprising 15,500 sq ft, the new office can accommodate up to 150 staff, supporting the firm’s ambitions for the expansion of its team.
London office head, senior director Neil Goldsmith, commented: “We could not have picked a more exciting and dynamic location in central London.”
The move comes as Lichfields continues to work on local development projects including Fulham Football Club, Greenwich Peninsula, SKY Studios Elstree, Dunton Hills (a designated Garden Community), and expansion at three of London’s airports.
Neil continued: “Our choice of bigger and better premises signifies our confidence in London and the prospects for growth in our business, and coincides with improved economic sentiment post-election.”
