London real estate firm secures planning permission for public garden redevelopment
A London real estate advisor has announced that it has secured planning consent for a new project in the city centre.
Pembroke reported today that its plans to redesign the public gardens on Cannon Street near St Paul’s Cathedral have been approved.
The project is part of the company’s ongoing development at 25 Cannon Street to deliver a modernisation of 168,000 sq ft of office and mixed-use space.
Work is already underway on the redevelopment of the building, which has been pre-let in its entirety to investment manager Brewin Dolphin plc.
The new design for the garden will encourage year round use by introducing new pathways to improve access.
