Life After Lockdown: The signage company introducing covid-monitoring technology
As the country emerges from lockdown, it’s a very different landscape for a lot of businesses.
Bdaily spoke to business owners across the country about how they’re changing their ways of working, and what innovations they’re adopting permanently after lockdown.
Inurface Group, a London based entrepreneurial company, has created a range of digital tech solutions in light of the current COVID-19 crisis to support the safe return of people to retail and work spaces.
The new offerings include a thermal monitoring camera to scan up to 30 individuals’ temperatures from a distance, a digital signage hand sanitiser - unique in that is offers a sanitation point but also personalised and real time changing messages on screen - and an intelligent traffic light queue management system, able to track people flow at multiple store entrances and control flow without the need for additional staffing.
The company said: “These three technologies will not only offer scalable practical solutions to the issues for retailers but also offer reassurance for the public to encourage them to return to our shops and High Street.
“Importantly while what we are offering tech wise we believe is unique, the other key difference from our perspective is the business behind the tech.”
