Second building launched at £83m "luxe lifestyle" London development
A second building has been launched at a Central London development offering ‘luxe lifestyle’ homes.
Newham’s Yard, which has been developed by Galliard Homes and Acorn Property Group, has launched the second building in its £83m development on 151-153 Tower Bridge Road. It is expected to be ready by the end of Q2 2021.
David Galman, sales director at Galliard Homes, commented: “We are delighted to launch the second building Newham’s Yard South with a new show apartment for buyers to view and imagine their lifestyle here.
“Our first phase has sold predominately to young professionals and owner occupiers who are loving the luxe lifestyle.”
The development is 650 metres from Tower Bridge and has direct pedestrian access to Bermondsey Market and several cafes, bars, and shops.
Kyla Campbell, group sales manager at Acorn Property Group, added: “Tower Bridge is an iconic London landmark and Newham’s Yard offers high-quality homes just moments away.”
She continued: “Following the sales success of the first building, we have launched the second building Newham’s Yard South which offers a fantastic specification with details including stone, maple wood, and antique bronze finishes.”
