Property management firm eyes London development sites in growth drive
A property management specialist has announced plans to expand its portfolio with sites in the London area.
Hawk Block Management is actively seeking development sites with 35 or more units within the M25 as part of its growth strategy.
Having grown as a team from three to seven people in two years, Hawk Block Management provides services such as compliance and risk management, major works management, site visits, comprehensive reporting, repairs and maintenance, service charge accounting, credit control and ground rent collection.
The group currently manages over 1,000 units, including the full residential portfolio of London bespoke developer and landlord Aitch Group.
Charlotte McMahon, director at Hawk Block Management, commented: “We are delighted to be in a position to expand our company.
“We have built up an exceptional team of property managers over the last couple of years offering fantastic services, truly focused on the customer.
“Our proven success as a business has put us in the position where we are looking to expand and take on more developments with an ambition to double the number of units we manage over the next four years.”
Henry Smith, CEO at Aitch Group, added: “We could not be happier or more confident with the services provided by Hawk Block Management to our developments.
“The team have been involved with our projects as early as the design phase and their knowledge and skills have been invaluable.”
