The Impeccable Pig reveals two new master suites
WITH NEON LIGHTS, mirrored ceilings and opulent décor, the new rooms at an award winning County Durham hotel are far from ‘boaring’
The Impeccable Pig, at Sedgefield, which was recently awarded AA Inn of the Year 2021, has unveiled two new master suites named Squealers and The Hefner.
And the new rooms are good news for couples planning a romantic break, with both suites sporting double rainforest showers, a private bar and a seven-foot bed.
Now the largest rooms at the venue, Squealers boasts a huge sloping ceiling with a mirrored panel, muted cool tones paired with pops of colour and quirky décor – including a mounted zebra head and a disco ball.
Those booking to stay in The Hefner can enjoy designs which pays tribute to its namesake, with Playboy memorabilia around the room, luxurious fur throws, gold accents and animal print adorning both the floor and walls.
Pierre Bertolotti, general manager at The Impeccable Pig, believes the suites will be very popular.
“Squealers and The Hefner are our first two master suites and so we knew they had to be something really special,” he said.
“We’re absolutely delighted with how they have turned out - they really do take luxury to the next level and they’re sure be like nowhere our guests have stayed before.
“They’re the perfect choice for a romantic weekend away and bookings are open now so we can’t wait to hear what our first guests will think of them.”
Along with the two master suites, The Impeccable Pig is home to ten other individually decorated rooms with names including The Dirty Pig, Pigsty, Piggly Wiggly and The Whole Hog.
Those staying on the ground floor have access to private hot tubs and venue is also home to a popular restaurant which offers a varied gastropub menu and specialist wine list.
