Property specialist expands regional services via merger with “successful and exciting” contemporary

George F White has welcomed Johnson Tucker LLP into its consultancy practice, which spans the North East of England, Yorkshire and southern Scotland, as it looks to further strengthen its commercial property footprint both in the region and beyond.

With its flagship office in Newcastle, George F White has evolved significantly in the 43 years of its history and the business is now a multi-disciplinary consultancy, offering expertise in the commercial, development, residential and rural sectors.

It has identified its commercial property team as being a key area for expansion in its business plan, building on previous recruitments and investments in specialisations in areas such as building surveying and capital taxation.

The blending of skills and expertise from the Johnson Tucker team will create one of the largest commercial property teams in the North of England, employing over 100 people and operating out of six offices across the region.

Established in 2006, Johnson Tucker LLP specialises in chartered surveying and commercial property and is particularly strong in commercial investment and agency and property management. Its integration into George F White will ensure a complementary offering for clients.
