Triple merger set to create “industry leader” in IT, telephony and managed print

London based managed service provider and outsourced IT solutions provider Urban Network has announced its merger with IT telephony and VOIP specialist Heart Business Systems, and print and IT specialist Kerbury Business Centre.

This combination of skills has created an “industry leader” in IT, telephony, and managed print. The merged company will operate under the name Urban Network.

This merger brings together a broad collection of skill sets, making it easier for the business to provide better services to meet the communication needs of their clients. This combination allows for expert leadership across all facets of the business.

All sites, offices and operating locations will remain the same, allowing Urban Network to provide enterprise IT solutions across England whilst offering their London clients a wider range of services.

Perry Ashby of Urban Network commented: “This merger is an exciting and innovative step towards Urban Network redefining the concept of a full-service managed service provider.

“By pulling in the telephony and printing expertise of Heart Business Systems and Kerbury Business Centre, Urban can now provide an expansive offering covering all the IT needs of companies across the UK. All three companies feel optimistic that this merger will provide our clients with the efficient and effective IT business solutions that they deserve.”

Urban Network has cultivated a reputation for providing bespoke IT enterprise solutions for businesses across Greater London and the South. Heart Business Systems, based in Birmingham, is a specialist in providing IT telephony systems alongside managed service provision.

Kerbury Business Centre also offers IT support alongside Managed Print Solutions. The merger of the three companies will essentially create a fully integrated IT and Business Solution for Businesses.
