Halifax based management development specialist looks to “bright” future following acquisition
Halifax based leadership and management development company Aspire Development UK Ltd has announced its acquisition by Manchester based Cognition Education UK, part of global education company Cognition Learning Group.
Cognition Education UK (CEUK) is part of Cognition Learning Group which is 100 per cent owned by the Cognition Education Trust. CEUK currently delivers a range of services on behalf of the Department for Education and the Education and Training Foundation (ETF) across England.
Parent company, Cognition Learning Group boasts a 32-year track record of working in more than 20 countries across the world delivering education services “transforming the lives” of children, young people and their communities through learning.
Cognition Learning Group CEO, Tina Lucas commented: “It is with pleasure I announce the acquisition of Aspire and welcome them to our business.
