Sloane Stanley builds its leasing team
Sloane Stanley has announced the recent appointment of specialist independent property consultants, Levy Real Estate, to join the existing leasing team across the whole Estate incorporating the King’s Road and Fulham Road.
With extensive knowledge of the retail and leisure sectors within London, Matt Paulson-Ellis and Liv England will be heading up the team from Levy Real Estate and working alongside Miles Commercial on opportunities for the King’s Road in the heart of Chelsea and the Fulham Road neighbourhood.
Hannah Grievson, Property Director at Sloane Stanley, commented on the new appointment: “Following a very successful 2022, we have been reviewing our long-term strategy for Sloane Stanley and have a clear vision of what we want to achieve within the next five years. Part of this approach is to introduce a new element to our leasing team and build upon our Estate to deliver new and innovative brands. Our main priority is to ensure we select creative and forward-thinking new entrants that are well received by the local community and visitors alike, but most importantly that are supported and successful.”
Matt Paulson-Ellis, Partner at Levy Real Estate added: “Our expertise in London will be a great asset to Sloane Stanley and we are very excited to join forces with such a passionate team and work for one of the most committed, forward thinking, and established property landlords within the capital. There are some very creative brands coming through that are seeking unique locations in Chelsea, and both the King’s Road and Fulham Road can provide these one-of-a-kind opportunities.”
This news follows the recent opening of Townhouse, the prestigious nail bar brand on the King’s Road, as well as the signing and forthcoming opening on the Sloane Stanley Estate for Ultimate Performance, the world-leading, personal training business. The 5,095 sq ft space is set to launch early this year at 293 Fulham Road, and will form the brand’s flagship location, spanning two floors and a basement space.
