North Yorkshire estate agency sets out “ambitious” strategy for national growth
Less than six months after becoming an independent estate agency, North Residential has announced “ambitious” expansion plans with the opening of at least three new UK locations per annum, and a targeted growth of around 60 per cent year on year.
The Harrogate based practice, which rebranded away from Knight Frank after 15 years, has already opened a second branch in Pocklington, East Yorkshire and is scheduled to open offices in Leeds, York and Northallerton in the coming months.
In September last year business leaders Harlan Pollitt and Daniel Rigg announced the breakaway from Knight Frank while launching the North Residential rebrand and have since been able to invest more autonomously whilst retaining and growing its client portfolio.
Harlan Pollitt commented: “We are really pleased with how our new brand has been received and excited to reveal our growth plans in the UK.
“With a highly experienced and motivated team and strong intelligence of the residential property market, we have the versatility and bespoke marketing tools to deliver results where many others haven’t been able to.
“Being independent with no external debt or funding means that we are in a strong position to attract the best talent with equity options as we grow through the regions.
“Our focus is of course to be located at desirable locations in the North of England but we have also already made strategic connections in the South with a planned presence in the prime boroughs of London. Watch this space!
“North Residential has the foundations of an already well-established team of 15 years with a strong reputation for experienced, honest, and reliable advice that can be trusted to find your ‘True North’ destiny.”
