Local recruitment firm TeamJobs takes office space in Fleets Corner, Poole
Federated Hermes has announced that TeamJobs, a Poole-based recruitment firm, has selected Fleets Corner Business Park for its new headquarters in a relocation and upsize move to facilitate the company’s sustained growth.
Previous winner of Dorset Company of the Year, TeamJobs has signed for 3,266 sq ft of newly refurbished space at Fleets Corner’s Fleetsbridge House, a space significantly larger than the firm’s current office in Poole. Benefitting from extensive frontage to the A349 Waterloo Road, Fleetsbridge House has recently undergone extensive refurbishment, including the replacement of ceilings and windows and a brand-new reception and break-out area. In their new larger home, TeamJobs’ will enjoy an open plan office space with smart exposed finishes and excellent natural light, alongside new cycling storage units and shower facilities.
Jason Gault, CEO, TeamJobs, said: “We are looking forward to relocating and upsizing into our new head office at Fleets Corner, which is a location and environment that reflects our growth as a business. The quality of the offices is first rate, creating a fitting home for our expanding team as we focus on the next stage of the company’s expansion.”
Stephen Bradley, Director, Federated Hermes Limited, added: “It is great to welcome another established local business to our community. TeamJob’s decision to move to Fleetsbridge House is testament to the significant work Federated Hermes has done to modernise and establish Fleets Corner as the prime business park in the region. Across the offices, warehousing & manufacturing accommodation on site, we are committed to offering spaces suitable for the next generation of businesses.”
Founded over two decades ago, TeamJobs is committed to giving back to the community, having helped to raise £60,000 for Julia’s House Hospice on their trek to Machu Picchu.
Galena Real Estate, JLL, Goadsby and CBRE acted for Federated Hermes on the deal.
