Queensgate, Peterborough welcomes Black Sheep Coffee for regional debut
Queensgate has announced Black Sheep Coffee, the independent coffee pioneer, has opened a kiosk unit at the centre, marking the brand’s regional debut in the East of England.
Black Sheep Coffee has opened a 1,800 sq ft kiosk unit on the ground floor of the centre. Offering 100% speciality grade Robusta beans coffee, Norwegian Waffles, Bagels, Toasties, and Smoothie Bowls, continuing to elevate the food and drink offer at Queensgate.
Black Sheep Coffee is now amongst a growing collection of F&B operators within Queensgate. The likes of Turtle Bay, Tap & Tandoor, and Burger King, alongside kiosk units such as Churros-Locos, Millie’s Cookies, and Bubble CiTea, deliver well-rounded casual dining and grab-and-go options within the scheme.
Gabriel Shohet and Eirik Holth, Co-Founders of Black Sheep Coffee, commented: “We’re thrilled to have finally opened in Peterborough. For years people asked us to open there but we wanted to make sure we got the right spot and we couldn’t be happier to have picked Queensgate, the beating heart of town when it comes to shopping and eating out.”
Ed Ginn, Director of Investment Management at Invesco Real Estate, said: “We are pleased to welcome another established coffee operator to the centre, an expanding brand that has chosen Queensgate to make its regional debut. We know that Black Sheep Coffee’s offer will suit the needs of our community, which will play an important role as we continue to develop the wider scheme.”
