Discovery appoints managing director
People-led business transformation consultancy Discovery has appointed Raj Babber as its new managing director.
Raj brings over 20 years of expertise in people-centric transformation and organisational development.
Previously Discovery’s director of learning, she led initiatives including leadership academies, apprenticeship schemes and large-scale transformation programmes that delivered measurable business results and lasting cultural change for global clients.
A Level 7 executive coach and apprenticeship ambassador, Raj champions women in leadership and diversity.
She has coached senior leaders across the UK, US, EMEA and APAC, embedding strong leadership practices and driving operational performance.
Raj said: “I’m honoured to be stepping into the role of managing director at such an exciting time.
“My focus will be on building on our legacy of excellence, while continuing to evolve how we help our clients create resilient, future-ready organisations.
