Xeinadin strengthens travel advisory team
Professional services group Xeinadin has appointed Zoe Powell as director of travel, hospitality and leisure, in a strategic move to expand its regulatory advisory services for the travel industry.
Zoe joins from the Civil Aviation Authority, where she assessed the financial strength of the UK’s largest ATOL holders.
At Xeinadin, she will lead the firm’s first dedicated regulatory advisory service for travel firms, reflecting growing demand for specialist support in one of the UK’s most tightly regulated sectors.
A finance specialist with over a decade of experience, Zoe will support clients through ATOL renewals, changes of control, Package Travel Regulations compliance and broader regulatory obligations.
She will also advise on funding and growth planning.
Zoe said: “Regulation can feel like a barrier, but it doesn’t need to be.
“I’m here to help firms meet their obligations while supporting their broader commercial goals.
“It’s rare to find a firm willing to build that expertise into its core offer and Xeinadin is doing just that in the travel sector.
“I’m thrilled to be driving it forward.”
Zoe’s appointment signals Xeinadin’s commitment to deepening its travel sector expertise while building a modern, connected service model tailored to the needs of founder-led businesses.
Jonathan Wall, partner at Xeinadin and head of travel, added: “Zoe brings clarity to an area that’s often opaque.
“Her background in both banking and regulation gives her the intuition to support clients through the kind of financial and operational challenges that most accountancy firms never reach.
“This brings a clear advantage for our clients and reflects how we’re evolving as a business.
“Zoe is a fierce addition to our team and will play a key role in fashioning how we continue to support the travel sector.”
