Elevation Recruitment Group names new MD
Rotherham-based Elevation Recruitment Group has appointed Andy Bath as managing director following his recent promotion.
Andy, a key part of the business for almost 15 years, has played a central role in shaping the company’s culture, reputation and performance.
His people-first approach, combined with commercial acumen, has driven business growth and strengthened the organisation’s leadership team.
In his new role, Andy will take on day-to-day leadership of Elevation Recruitment Group, building on his strategic insight and commitment to supporting both clients and employees.
