Impression appoints new managing partner
Nottingham-headquartered performance marketing agency Impression has appointed Emma Turner as its second managing partner to drive client success and growth.
Emma will oversee delivery for major clients including Specsavers, Clarins, Cancer Research UK and Topps Tiles.
Joining from Croud, where she was director of client leadership, Emma brings extensive experience in digital marketing strategy and client outcomes.
She previously founded and ran her own marketing agency, helping brands optimise budgets through data-driven analysis.
Emma said: “What drew me most to Impression was the agency’s emphasis on adaptation and flexibility, and on the individual needs of each and every client.
“I look forward to working with some big household names as well as smaller and boutique brands, to push boundaries and deliver impactful, measurable results.”
Emma’s appointment follows a period of significant growth for Impression, which recently added new clients such as Dino Decking and Tweezerman UK and achieved a 27 per cent turnover increase in the last financial year.
Liam Wade, performance director at Impression, added: “Audience behaviours are shifting and much of the performance rulebook is undergoing change.
“That’s why we’ve introduced the role of managing partner – to adapt to these developments and continue to ensure we drive exceptional performance for our clients.
“As our client base grows, I have no doubt that Emma will bring a valuable combination of enthusiasm and expertise to the role.”
