Mansell strengthens business development team
Bolton-based Mansell Building Solutions has appointed Ben Pemberton as the firm’s new business development manager.
Ben brings more than 25 years of experience across estimating, technical sales and client partnerships, having worked with leading modular and off-site specialists including Premier, Algeco, Wernick and Daiwa House Modular Europe.
He has contributed to major residential, healthcare and education projects across the UK.
Ben joins Mansell as the company works to generate over 100,000m² of off-site panelised construction from its MMC factory in Greater Manchester, helping deliver more than 1,000 spaces annually.
He said: “What stood out to me about Mansell is their family values – trust, agility and doing the right thing for the long term.
“Their offsite system offers a more integrated and realistic alternative to volume modular models.
“I’m excited to join a team that’s genuinely driving change through innovation, quality and collaboration.”
Established in 1991, Mansell Building Solutions specialises in modern methods of construction, delivering high-quality residential, care, student and leisure spaces across the North.
Notable recent projects include Aviva Studios, Downley Drive in Ancoats, five Passivhaus schemes in Salford, as well as current developments in Stockport including Cityheart’s Stopford Park and the Academy of Living Well.
Angela Mansell, managing director, added: “Ben’s structured yet people-focused approach fits perfectly with how we do things at Mansell.
“His passion for building relationships and finding smarter ways to deliver projects will help us grow across housing, healthcare, education and leisure.”
