Mosaic marks 25 years with senior hires
Colchester-based Mosaic – The Conscience Marketing Agency – is celebrating its 25th anniversary with the appointment of three senior PR and digital account managers: Helen Barnett, Anna-Marie Casas and Doug Smith.
The trio brings extensive experience across journalism, PR, marketing and publishing, further strengthening Mosaic’s position as one of East Anglia’s leading PR and digital marketing firms.
Their combined expertise spans crisis communications, campaign management, social media, advertising, SEO and AI innovation.
As one of the few B Corp certified agencies in the East of England, Mosaic has built a reputation for purpose-led, results-driven campaigns.
The new hires will support its mission to deliver creative, strategic, and sustainable communications through its pioneering Conscience Marketing® approach.
Karen Ainley, chief executive and a former BBC radio and television reporter, said: “This is a landmark year for Mosaic - 25 years of telling powerful stories, protecting reputations and helping our clients grow.
“Welcoming Helen, Doug and Anna-Marie further strengthens our ability to deliver across the full communications mix.
“The rapid development of AI makes this one of the most exciting times to be in PR and marketing.
“Helen, Doug and Anna-Marie join us in embracing new technology while also holding the key fundamental communications skills in abundance, meaning we can unlock more growth for our clients.”
