Support your staff in taking steps into teaching and training
Education Partnership North East is offering a ‘Train to Teach’ Skills Bootcamp – an intense, hands-on programme designed to provide aspiring educators the essential skills, knowledge and confidence they need to take their first steps into teaching or training.
Skills Bootcamps are flexible, bespoke, short-term training programmes designed to support employers to upskill existing staff or recruit new talent and are delivered by experienced tutors from the North East’s top performing college group.
Combining interactive workshops, practical teaching experience and supportive guidance, learners will gain a Level 3 Award in Education and Training, as well as the opportunity to expand their career options in further education, delivering workplace training or adult learning.
If you are looking to recruit new staff or if you are looking to train your existing staff, please contact us to see how a Skills Bootcamps can work for you: https://educationpartnershipne.ac.uk/employers/skills-bootcamps/
