Property agent grows with industrial base deal
A property agent has expanded its portfolio with a business hub deal.
DBSUK has bought a Chesterfield industrial site.
Bosses say the 12-unit base – rebranded Cobnar Wood Business Park – marks a “key addition to its growing national portfolio”.
The site, spread across 1.13 hectares, features workshops around 1600sq ft and larger spaces extending up to 5900sq ft.
Mark Darlaston, director at Birmingham-based DBSUK, said: “Cobnar Wood Business Park represents another important step in our strategy to strengthen our industrial property holdings in key regional markets.
“Chesterfield is a thriving and strategically located industrial hub, and this site provides an ideal blend of stable rental income and future growth potential.”
