London-based customer experience and AI transformation specialist Sabio Group has strengthened its operating board with the appointments of Mark Starkey as chief commercial officer and Katherine Watkins as chief people officer.
Mark brings extensive commercial leadership experience and will lead Sabio’s global commercial operations, working with regional managing directors to enhance performance and deliver greater value for clients.
He said: “I’m thrilled to join Sabio.
“We have the talent, experience and track record to help enterprises modernise customer engagement with AI; confidently, at speed and at scale.”
Katherine joins as an accomplished HR leader with experience across FCA-regulated sectors, accountancy, insurance, banking, BPO and the armed forces.
She will spearhead Sabio’s global people strategy, focusing on talent development and embedding a strong organisational culture as the business continues to scale.
Katherine added: “I am joining Sabio at such an exciting stage in its journey.
“People are at the heart of every successful organisation and I look forward to working with the team to create an environment where our colleagues can thrive and deliver outstanding experiences for our clients.”
Their appointments support Sabio’s focus on commercial excellence, people-first leadership and continued global growth in an era of rapid AI-driven transformation.
