Complii appoints water division director
Safety and regulatory compliance group Complii has appointed Kate Gard as managing director of its water division, strengthening leadership across its specialist compliance services.
Kate will be responsible for leading the water compliance business, with a focus on strategic growth, operational performance and customer delivery across the division.
She brings a varied background spanning manufacturing and finance, having retrained as a chartered accountant after beginning her career in the manufacturing sector.
Kate joined Zeta, part of the Complii group, in 2011 and was appointed managing director in 2022.
During her leadership at Zeta, the business delivered strong financial growth, supported by a focus on team development and streamlined operations.
Kate said: “My vision for the division is to align our businesses and create a great place to work.
“I want to make things simple - both for our customers and our employees.
“I am motivated by shared goals and meaningful collaboration, and I believe that by delighting our customers and colleagues, we will ensure sustained success and technical excellence.”
Complii provides integrated safety and regulatory compliance services across water, air, fire and electrical sectors, supporting thousands of public and private sector clients across the UK.
